Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern relations between:
RS EDUC, registered under SIREN No. 478 122 716, with registered office in GEMENOS, hereinafter “the Seller”,
and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the BAROFILE® site (hereinafter “the Customer”).
By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges having read these GCS and fully accepts them without reservation.
Purpose
These GCS define the terms of sale and delivery for digital products offered on the BAROFILE® site, including:

Physical educational tools

Learning videos
-
Digital files in PDF or other downloadable formats
Products and Services
Digital content products are available immediately after payment, either for download from the site or for viewing via the Customer’s account.
Product descriptions are provided on the site, but the Seller cannot be held responsible if the product does not meet the Customer’s specific expectations. Physical tools shipped are also sold on the site:
Barofiles and its extensions, posters, and image kits designed by our printing partners.
Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Prices
Prices are in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the rates applied are those in effect at the time of the order.
4.2 Payment Methods
Payment is due immediately when ordering, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or any other method that may be developed. Payment is secured via an external provider. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s banking details.
Access to Digital Products
5.1 Delivery of digital products
Once payment is validated, the Customer receives a download link or immediate online access via their account or by email.
If the Customer does not receive the product, they should check their spam folder or contact support at contact@barofile.fr
5.2 Access duration for videos and files
Downloads: Videos, PDF files, and other digital documents can be downloaded only once (unless otherwise stated) and remain viewable until deleted by the Customer.
The Customer agrees not to share, copy, resell, or distribute purchased content, under penalty of legal action.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund
6.1 No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content provided immediately after payment is not subject to the right of withdrawal. No refund will be granted except in the case of a proven technical defect.
6.2 Refund in case of technical problem
If the Customer encounters access problems (corrupted file, non-functional link, etc.), they must contact support within 7 days of purchase.
The Seller may:

Offer a new download link or alternative access

Provide an exceptional refund if the problem is proven and cannot be fixed
Seller’s Liability
The Seller undertakes to provide products as described on the site. However, they cannot be held responsible for:

Malfunction due to the Customer’s equipment (insufficient internet, incompatible hardware)

Improper use of the product

Temporary unavailability of the site for maintenance or updates
-
Incorrect cutting of Barofile® supports (Individual / Elementary / Kindergarten / Extensions)
